G.2 (OA-21-002) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance Amending The Comprehensive Plan, Specifically The Vision Statement And Text Within The Future Land Use Chapter And Other Associated Sections. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 5-0 To Recommend Approval Of the Amendments.
H.1 Consideration Of A Resolution Consenting To The Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (“BCRUA”) Executing A Supplemental Agreement To The Contract With Walker Partners/Freese And Nichols Joint Venture For The Final Design Of The Phase 2 Deep Water Intake Project To Provide For Bid Phase Engineering Services In An Amount Not To Exceed $745,999, With Cedar Park's Portion In The Amount Of $216,041.
