The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 6-0 To Recommend Heavy Commercial (HC).
G.2 (Z-19-007) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Rezone Approximately 19.01 Acres From General Business (GB) to Heavy Commercial - Conditional Overlay (HC-CO), Located At 5500, 5520 And 5600 183A Toll Road. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 6-0 To Recommend Heavy Commercial – Conditional Overlay (HC-CO).
